Holly Hart does it again with mystery, intrigue, sexiness, suspense and a single Dad and a homeless girl. This story is believable and fun and funny and a definite couldn't put it down, steamy read that had me sighing at the end because it was so good and I didn't want it to end. I love Holly because she has a great talent for transporting the reader into the world she has painted with her words and developing wonderful characters in plots that pull you in and keep you reading on.I loved the banter between Charlie (billionaire, hero) and Penny (homeless girl, heroine) they had such a wonderful chemistry of give and take and push and pull that even in bed they were funny and sexy. Tilly (Charlie's daughter) is an 11 year old girl going on 31, she is witty and smart and written so well that I wanted to adopt her!
I am a huge fan of Holly Hart and this book has me loving her even more! Purchase this book, you won't be disappointed!!

I enjoyed Penny and Charlie's story and the things they did to keep Tilly. I just felt there were quite a few too many blank areas for me to be able to give it that fifth star. I did read the extended epilogue, but not whatever stories were between.
I liked this book . Penny is a strong woman and knows what she wants . At 19 she has been thru alot more than many her age . Charlie is a 29 year old billionaire with a daughter and many enemies . the twist and turns in this book make.for an interesting story
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of Faking it.Holy Hart did an absolutely amazing job on this book.Her work just keeps getting better and better. The story was exciting and the characters were amazing. This is a absolute must read that you won't want to miss out on.
Loved the story! Two people had the opportunity to help each other out, not in a conventional way, just happened. Charlie is being harassed by Child services, about taking his daughter away, and Penny jumps into help him! Read on, great story, lies, misconceptions, betrayals, can almost ruin what you have!
It took me several chapters to really get into this book but it hooks you in and take you for a ride. Started out not really liking Charlie but as you get to know him, he melts your heart. He has such an unconditional love for his daughter that it warms your heart. Penny is desperately trying to get lifesaving treatment for her father but scamming Charlie is her only recourse. Read this book to find out what happens. It's a great book.
This story starts out as a PA tries to help out her boss not thinking of the consequences of her actions. Corp fraud and bribing and her trying to outsmart the criminals in time to clean up her mess she made of his life and his daughters. She as good intentions and falls in love with him( Charlie) but her life has not been easy. It ends with HEA and I liked how they interacted with each other. It was very charming and sweet. I would recommend. The second story included "Let It Byrne" was an Irish mob story I usually don't like mob stories but I gave it a try, and I couldn't put it down. It was amazing and loved it, there was some violence but it seemed to be offsite so not gory I would buy it for sure, so was glad it was included.. Highly recommend
How did Penny get away with this?
I mean on her first day as a PA she declares herself as the CEO's wife. Instead of spanking her ass, he agrees to it and moves her in to his penthouse. Then she starts to live the fairytale. From a teen sleeping on the streets to a billionaire's wife it seems like such a smooth transition. Surely she makes some social mistakes which give away her identity?
Then when Charlie's 11 year old daughter returns from a school trip, she just accepts Penny as her new mother even though she's only 19!
This book was a great escape and thoroughly enjoyed it - I want to know though, what happened to Robbie... Penny's best friend and co-conspirator? How does she feel about the scam being over and Penny going on to become Mrs Thorne???
